绝处逢生！福建女子确诊癌症后已转移，多次复发却扛过17年！只因做对了一件事

<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">骨转移不放弃，靶向配合内分泌治疗重获新生</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2008年，曾女士在体检中发现左乳有肿物，大小约<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">9.0cm×7.0cm，随后被确诊为乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移</strong>。她在当地医院接受了手术和化疗。</p>

<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2023年，曾女士的<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">骨转移病情再次出现进展</strong>，黄伟炜团队及时为她更换了内分泌治疗方案和靶向药物，截至目前，她的病情依旧<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">控制良好</strong>。</p><img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;">

<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">乳腺癌5年生存率约为83%，带瘤生存成为常态</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2022年的全国数据显示，乳腺癌发病率约为39.1/10万，<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">5年生存率约达83%</strong>。若能早期发现，5年生存率更是可高达95%。</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">黄伟炜表示：“像曾女士这样<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">长期带瘤生存，已成为乳腺癌患者的常见状态</strong>。绝大多数乳腺癌患者通过服药、打针等治疗方式，既能延长生存期，又能维持较高的生活质量，正常投入工作与生活。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">此外，</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">虽然很多人惧怕肿瘤复发，</p>

<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">约有三分之一的患者迟早会</strong></p>

<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">黄伟炜强调：“随着药物治疗的进步，<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">即便乳腺癌复发转移，患者仍有机会实现长期带瘤生存</strong>，千万不要轻易放弃。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">不过，需要留意的是，我国年轻乳腺癌患者的比例远高于欧美国家，<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">发病中位年龄为48岁</strong>。近年来，我国<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">年轻乳腺癌患者比例呈上升趋势，</strong>约占新发患者的15%，其中35岁以下的患者约占 6%-7%。</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这或许与西化的饮食结构（高脂高热量）、结婚率和生育率下降、生活及工作压力增大、熬夜等因素相关。</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">年轻患者不仅在治疗、预后方面具有鲜明特点，在工作、生活等层面也有着独特需求。比如，由于年轻患者预期寿命更长，<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">治疗后重返职场的可能性更大，</strong>对生活质量的要求也更高，在抗癌过程中，她们<strong style="font-size: 14px; color: black;">会有生育保护、卵巢功能保护、乳房外观美容等更多个性化需求</strong>，因此需要给予更多关注。</p>
